I empower individuals to overcome personal obstacles to improve their life satisfaction. I am very committed to client care, offering a holistic, accessible and discreet therapeutic services including counselling, psychotherapy and career counselling/asessment to my clients. The typical issues that draw people to therapy are difficulty choosing a career, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, low self-esteem, problems at school/work/college, anger, self-loathing, isolation and feelings of failure. I am experienced in working with each of these. I believe that problems are seldom caused by just one source, and therefore, a variety of strategies may be useful for achieving the desired outcome, motivating me to work in an integrative way using theories and concepts from different therapeutic models.
